Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate

Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate is an action-packed role-playing game from Capcom that was released for the Nintendo Wii U in 2013. It is an expanded version of Monster Hunter 3 (originally for the Wii) that offers a wealth of new content, improved graphics in HD and an online multiplayer mode. Players take on the role of a hunter who hunts huge monsters, collects materials and uses them to craft weapons, armor and equipment to face even more dangerous creatures.

As is typical for the series, the focus is on tactical battles in which the monsters' attack patterns must be observed and exploited. With twelve different weapon classes, a huge range of quests and over 70 large monsters, Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate offers hundreds of hours of gameplay. The Wii U version supports both local and online co-op play with up to four players and also allows cross-play with the Nintendo 3DS version.

Thanks to its detailed HD graphics, smooth controls (including Pro Controller support) and complex but rewarding gameplay mechanics, Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate is one of the deepest and most popular action RPGs of the Wii U era.
