Golf: U.S. Course (jap. ゴルフUSコース) is a golf game that was released exclusively for the Famicom Disk System in Japan on June 14, 1987. Developed by HAL Laboratory and published by Nintendo, it is a sequel to the game Golf: Japan Course and offers an evolution of the gameplay with improved graphics and additional features.
In Golf: U.S. Course, the player controls Mario or Luigi on a fictitious golf course in the style of American courses. The game offers a single-player mode and a two- to four-player mode in which players take turns. The NES controller is used to control the game, with the player selecting the club, determining the power and hitting the ball. The game offers realistic golf mechanics with wind speed, hitting power and club selection, all of which influence the outcome of the game.
