Conflict: Desert Storm is a tactical third-person shooter that puts you in the middle of the first Gulf War in the early 1990s. As a member of an elite special forces unit of the US Army or the British SAS, you take control of a four-man team in Conflict: Desert Storm and fight deep behind enemy lines in Iraq against Saddam Hussein's forces.

Conflict: Desert Storm combines classic shooter action with tactical elements: You don't just control a single soldier in Conflict: Desert Storm, but coordinate your entire team - consisting of sniper, explosives expert, machine gunner and team leader. Each character has special skills that you have to use cleverly to complete the various missions - whether it's liberating prisoners, sabotaging enemy installations or launching large-scale attacks on enemy positions.

Conflict: Desert Storm places great emphasis on strategic action. You can give your comrades orders, determine formations, flank enemies or use cover - Rambo action rarely leads to the goal. At the same time, the setting of Conflict: Desert Storm creates a realistic and oppressive atmosphere: desert storms, rough terrain, burning cities and the constant threat of mines, tanks or enemy air support.

Thanks to co-op mode, you can also play Conflict: Desert Storm with two players - ideal for working out tactics together and fighting your way through enemy lines.
