Action Man: A.T.O.M. - Alpha Teens on Machines is an action-packed racing and fighting game for the PlayStation 2, based on the animated series of the same name. The player takes on the role of one of five teenage heroes - Axel, Catalina, Crey, Zack or Ollie - who race against the dangerous criminal Alexander Paine in futuristic vehicles. The aim is to stop him and his henchmen in Landmark City. They use high-tech vehicles such as the XT 9000 or the Thunderbike 3000, each of which has special features.
The gameplay combines fast races with action-packed battles. In varied missions, you control the vehicles from a third-person perspective, fight your way through test tracks and finally take on Paine's henchmen. The controls are beginner-friendly and the game is aimed particularly at younger players aged 7 and up - but is also fun for older retro fans.
The story of Action Man: A.T.O.M. - Alpha Teens on Machines is closely based on the TV series in which the so-called Alpha Teens test state-of-the-art technology on behalf of Lee Industries and fight crime at the same time. Fans of the series in particular will recognize many familiar faces and locations.
The PS2 version of Action Man: A.T.O.M. - Alpha Teens on Machines was released in 2007 and is now a rare title that no well-stocked retro collection should be without. This copy is used but in good condition. It comes in the original sleeve with cover (instructions only if available).
An exciting mix of action and racing with iconic series charm - ideal for collectors and anyone who wants to relive the era of the PlayStation 2.
