Order process

You can pay conveniently and securely using the following methods:

Yes, you can track the status of your order. After you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing the current status of your order. You can also log in to your customer account and check the status of your order in the "My orders" section. There you will find all the information about your order status, including the current status and any updates.

Shipping & collection

I generally ship worldwide. For orders within Switzerland and Liechtenstein you can order directly and the shipping costs will be calculated automatically.

For orders outside of Switzerland and Liechtenstein I have to clarify the shipping costs in advance. You can already add your products to the shopping cart and enter your billing and shipping address on the payment page. On this page you will find a link where you can request the shipping costs. I will calculate the shipping costs and then send you an e-mail with an offer. If you accept the offer, you can pay for your order and I will send your goods.

The appropriate shipping method is selected depending on the size, weight or value of your consignment. Small and light consignments are usually sent as letter post (A Mail Plus), while larger, heavier or more valuable consignments are sent as parcels (B Mail).

Regardless of the shipping method you choose, you have transparency and security; both letter post (A Mail Plus) and parcel delivery (B Mail) offer the option of checking the status of your consignment.

I will do my best to process your order as quickly as possible. For immediately available items you can expect shipment within a maximum of 3 working days after receipt of payment. Please note that the delivery time may vary depending on the destination and shipping method.

I will inform you by e-mail as soon as your order has been dispatched. You can then track the status of your shipment via the tracking system.

The shipping costs vary depending on the size and weight of your shipment. Here are the current shipping costs:

  • Small letter mail (up to 2cm thick / 500g): Fr. 5.-
  • Large letter mail (up to 5cm thick / 500g): Fr. 6.90.
  • Small parcel (up to 2kg): Fr. 8.50.
  • Large parcel (up to 10kg): Fr. 11.50.

All shipments are sent with shipment tracking to offer you greater security and transparency during the shipping process.

Please note that for orders outside of Switzerland and Liechtenstein the shipping costs must be clarified in advance. I will then make you an individual offer for the shipping costs.

Yes, collection is possible by arrangement at the following collection points:

  • Kölliken (AG)
  • Suhr (AG)

Please contact me in advance to arrange a collection date. I will then let you know when your order is ready for collection.

Yes, I attach great importance to the safe packaging of my items. All shipments are carefully packed to avoid damage in transit. Among other things, I use

  • Bubble wrap to protect delicate items
  • Sturdy outer packaging to secure the items during transportation

I want to make sure that your order arrives in perfect condition. My careful packaging helps me to guarantee this.

Please note, however, that I accept no liability for transport damage. Should damage occur despite my careful packaging, claims must be clarified directly with the transportation service provider. I recommend that you check the shipment for damage upon receipt and, if necessary, file a damage report with the transportation service provider immediately.
