Items can also be collected on site by arrangement.
Payments are made exclusively in advance. This does not apply to collection on site, where cash payment (suitable amount) or Twint is accepted.
Items are carefully packed in bubble envelopes or shipping cartons. sergesellsretro accepts no liability for transport damage. Claims must be clarified directly with the transportation service provider.
In the event of unjustified refusal of acceptance, we reserve the right to charge the customer for the costs incurred. Repeated refusals of acceptance will result in the customer's account being blocked.
A limited warranty period of 12 months applies to used retro games and consoles in accordance with Swiss law. Obvious defects must be reported in writing within 7 days. Normal signs of use or age-related limitations do not constitute a warranty defect.
Liability is limited to gross negligence and intent. We are not liable for consequential damage, loss of profit or incompatibility with modern hardware, unless this has been expressly warranted.
Returns or exchanges are only possible in the event of significant functional defects that were not previously specified. The buyer bears the costs for returns. Returns due to non-conformity are excluded.
The delivered goods shall remain the property of sergesellsretro until payment has been made in full.
To the extent permitted by law, sergesellsretro excludes all liability for the products supplied and sold.
Swiss law shall apply exclusively. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Aarau.
